Who this covers
The guarantee covers the $29 full-access purchase, within 30 days of the date you bought it. The diagnostic and the free features cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund there.
How to request a refund
Email hello@verbalreasoningpractice.com and ask for a refund. To help us find your purchase and sort it quickly, please include:
- the email address on your account (ideally, email us from it);
- your order or receipt reference, if you have it to hand;
- a line on what didn’t work for you — optional, but it genuinely helps us improve the questions.
What happens next
We’ll reply as soon as we can, confirm the refund, and return your payment to your original payment method through our payment processor. Once a refund is issued, full access ends and your account returns to the free tier — your account, history and progress stay saved.
